Full Screen Game Keeps Minimizing

Open the Settings app and go to System > Display.

the games that i launch in xbox for windows 10 in full screen when i need to look UP or Down always shows the windows bar or the top window to minimize the game, cant figure it out what to do and cant play inumerous games because of it.

I am using Windows 11 and I tried to change screen scaling to %100 from %125 (recommended) but it didn't change the result still my games keeps minimizing themselves.

They are indeed running in full screen. Even if the game was running in borderless, the taskbar should not be exhibiting this behavior. All other games ran through platforms such as Steam, EGS, Uplay, etc. don't have this issue in borderless or fullscreen.
I'm not sure why it's exclusive to the Xbox Games for PC.

One thing to add, I noticed that moving the mouse to the top of screen also pops up the typical window bar (file, minimize, maximize, and the "x" button to close the window) in the same fashion as the taskbar. It's almost like these games are not being treated
as a full screen application by Windows.
