Full screen Aplications Cutting out audio

When I try to play full screen applications with the Xbox app it just cuts out when I talk to people when I’m playing a game. Please respond for a fix

The Raven - Legacy of a Master Thief

I downloaded the demo and after the first load point, the audio/sound kept cutting out than thought maybe it was the demo so I bought the full game but again after the first load point the audio/sound kept cutting out (extremely annoying)

It's just too bad there are no refunds

Audio cutting out

I have an Xbox One X and a PS4 Pro running thru the same brand new Sony receiver then outputting to my 2018 Sony OLED. On the Xbox One X, I lose audio after the intro movie for The Crew 2 and Onrush. This fixed as soon as I go back to the Xbox menu and
have no issues on the PS4 Pro.

I am not part of the Xbox insider program or whatever it is called and other games work just fine.

Please advise. Any thoughts???

Are you leaving the Xbox App up while playing? Also, is you game automatically trying to put you in in-game chat? This would interrupt your part chat.

Are you noticing the audio cutting out on all games, or just specific ones? Do you have the same problem if you try to play movies or CDs?
