Full Library>Owned Games not showing all owned games

For some reason, many of my owned games don't show up on my full library. This first came to my attention when I uninstalled Cod Vanguard Series X/S version and when I went to install it again a couple of days later, it wouldn't show up. This happened about 3-4 months ago, and I've been waiting this whole time, as this has happened before, but the game usually pops up after a day or two. But now it has come to my attention that many other of my paid games aren't showing up in my full library. I checked My profile>Gaming, and when I look at the different games and achievements, I see all of my owned games, about half of which aren't showing up on my full library. Some of them show the achievement progress, like Cod Vanguard, which it says is 51% completed, yet I can't even complete the game, because it's not showing up. Not sure if I did something, but like I said, this started happening a while back and was temporary, but now, I'm feeling like my games are gonna be gone permanently. When I check the microsoft store, no matter which version of the game I try, it tells me I can only buy the game, and when I scrolled down to the "In this bundle" tab, none of those worked either. Just tryna install some games. Please help.

Please double check the next first.
If all those games was purchased digitally, go to your Microsoft account order history and look for the missing games there

In case you have more than one email address please check on each one

It's also worth mentioning that it's not showing up in my "all owned games" section of Full Library

If you go to your full library on the console, the game is not showing there?

Press the Xbox button > My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games.

See if the game is listed there and please let me know. This is probably just a sync issue.

I resolved this problem recently.

I went into My Games and Apps, See All, Full Library, All Owned Games. My purchase showed up there and I was able to install it from there.
