    Full library not loading for anyone else as well?


    Since a few builds (skip-ahead) I am having trouble with the new full library in "My games and apps". You are supposed to be able to see all games you have available, be it via game pass, gold or things you bought.

    I only get an endless loading spinner. Once I waited it out and got an error screen with a try again button. Pressing that freezes the whole "my games and apps" app, only button that does something is the Xbox (nexus) button.

    I am having internet issues since a few days, unstable connection and packet loss. Could it be that I got some corrupted data at some point that now blocks the library from loading?

    I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.
