Full library , Game pass app won't load

There may have already been a pre-load that already downloaded to your console. It would be in your Games and Apps. If not, check your Ready to Install game in your Full Library under Games and Apps.

Kindly try doing a hard reset on your console and see if it helps.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data that restricts you from using your console normally without deleting your games or apps.​​​​​​​

Note: Make sure that you know your account logins before doing this step. Also, this will remove all your Home Xbox associations.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Don’t purchase through store go to apps and games then go to full library and there’s a game pass section download the games through there hope this helps have a good day

To avoid mistake, the more simple is to go to full library and game pass library

You will find all active games inclued in the game pass

It was delisted so if you're trying to find it in the store, it won't show. If you're trying to play it on a console, check your Full Library in Games and Apps and it should be listed as ready to install.

If you're trying on a PC, you should be able to install it from your library in the Microsoft Store app.
