    I purchased an xbox one yesterday. I applied the 16 digit code with my email account and other information the same day. There hasn't been any codes sent back to my email account in order for me to receive the digital download of ther game, Rise of the Tomb
    Raider. Can you please help me. Thank you

    Never received $5 code from promotion

    Hey Pokemaster,

    I'm afraid we can't locate any details regarding a 'Buy Gold & Get $5' promotion. Generally those promotions would save you money on Gold instead of rewarding CSV for buying Gold at full price. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the offer?

    There isn't any promotions with free games except when you buy a console

    Even then it's up to the store or if it's name your game promotion then you would get a code not a didk

    Sorry but you cant buy this game with the promotion price when its not avaliable anymore, you will have to wait for a new promotion, and remember that when you have a problem in your console you may also use Microsoft Store website to buy your games and
    dlc, you just have log into your xbox account.

    It's not uncommon for new consoles to have several preloaded games in memory. These games will be trials, not the full versions (aside from HexicHD, and possibly a promotional game(s)).
