Full clips + grenades = no death

Wow, what a poor damage system this is. I thought destiny and CoD were bad, this is just laughable. I walked up behind a guy put an entire **** rifle clip at point blank in his back AND dropped a grenade at his feet. He turns and shoots me 3 times to
kill me. 3 freaking times.

Another instance, I BR an enemy from about 50m, get 5 hit markers, he jumps, dumps 3 pistol rounds in me and I die again, he does not. So I attempt to use the pistol, walk up and point blank an NPC 3 times in his head, he turns and shoots me, I die, he
doesnt.

Don't give me the "your not hitting them", "you suck", "you're not accurate" crap either. I have recorded video of these blatant mismatched terrible damage system. It's a joke and in no way appealing to an FPS fan.

If stores didn't *** us on returns this game would already be back on the shelf.

Oh, and no hardcore mode (no Breakout is not hardcore).

Another *** poor rushed game for XBOX.

Old Black Ops clip - What just happened?

Excuse the awful quality, if you've ever used the render system on Black Ops, you know how the clips turn out. Still, check out this grenade "bounce" this guy to death (note that he was at full health). I thought it was pretty comical.

no it doesnt death. ive been recording titan fall clips no problem for a month, now all of a sudden i cannot and get that error

Maybe he had an overshield?

I've been killed by just a few shots many times but if I find the over shield pick up I can take far more punishment

The damage system for multiplayer has always been really bad in all the Halo titles. Hence i focus mainly on playing the campaign and only dip into multiplayer every now and then.

It seems very CODlike when that happens to me. And then your death is by pistol when they turn around after absorbing a full clip of ammo.

I enjoy the fact that the kills/deaths are faster. I hated reach because if you got teamed up on then you most likely died after having to put a full clip into someone and then get caught reloading while shooting the other person. The game is more fast paced
and you can take on multiple people with the right tactics.

The grenades shouldnt be super powerful. I can't count how many damn times I was killed by grenade spammers in Reach, it was pretty annoying. Grenades should be relatively weak and used as a tactical device to either force an enemy to dodge it, take down
their shields, do some aoe damage to a group, damage people behind cover, etc... They shouldn't be used as a primary means to get kills in my opinion.

I do agree that it is kind of "First person to see the other wins", but not always and its not nearly as bad as CoD.

@Putnum - agreed W@W was tough on vet - the last few missions in Berlin were full of cheap deaths and relentless nazi grenade spamming!

@Zombie - I havent played HC mode yet on MW3, but will look out for you on it. I notice you are in Perth too
