FSX Steam Won't start in Windows 11

Discus and support FSX Steam Won't start in Windows 11 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; HI, Appreciate if someone can help me to resolve this issue.     FSX Steam Won't start in Windows 11


    HI,

    Appreciate if someone can help me to resolve this issue. I just upgrade my PC (hardware and software) to Windows 11 and add Flight Sim Labs A320 into FSX Steam. After that the FSX crash and FSX Steam won't launch. I did everything including deleting fsx.cfg files, renaming logbook, updating drivers, verifying integrity files in steam, uninstall - reinstall FSX, yet FSX Steam just won't start.

    In Event Viewer it shows error message:

    Hi Ben,

    Sorry no luck. I uninstalled the Flight Sim Labs, FSX steam went okay. Yet when I install the Flight Sim Lab, it crashed again.

    With regards to your issue, this might be an issue with your Steam application already. Aside from the things you did, I saw here you tried only renaming the logbook. Have you somehow tried deleting it?

    This probably happen due to a corrupted file after your windows updated. There seems to be a similar error like this on Steam page via https://steamcommunity.com/app/314160/discussio...

    I’d calibratre under windows 10. It works fine with x plane 11. FSX 2020 didn’t see the joystick i have only keybord and mouse in fsx.

    Thank you for your assistance

    I did a Verify files through steam account in early December but that has not help.

    The CTD doesn't happen all the time. I deleted my fsx se cfg file and started fsx se to build a new one to see if it was a corrupt cfg file but that hasn't worked.

    I never had the issue when I wasrunning windows 7
