Ege, however only you as a user or your parents can change the privacy settings of an account, to do this you must go to the link: https://account.xbox.com/settings You must place all the items that appear in the list in "Allow"

In case yours is a minor account, it will not allow you to make any changes to the settings from your account, you will need to have an adult include your account in a family group from the link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli... and then that adult can make all the changes.

Note When you grant applications permissions on a limited console, they are saved only on that console. If you use multiple consoles, make sure you grant permissions to your applications on all of them.

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein you are getting an error message "User Created Content Blocked" when you try to play the Farming simulator.
