    Problems...

    Over the past 2 days, I have uninstalled and reinstalled cold war TWICE. I had the trail version of cold war multiplayer and I went to the Xbox store and bought the full version. But the version I bought was cross gen bundle. After I had purchased this bundle,
    I launched cold war and it still says I have the trial version, so first I tried a hard reset on my Xbox, didn't work. Then I removed and added my profile which also didn't work. After that I uninstalled and reinstalled the game which also didn't work. I uninstalled
    the game and reinstalled the game for a second time but this time straight through the cross gen bundle. And it all didn't work and still says I am on the multiplayer only trial and can't play zombies or campaign.

    Possible reasons

    -I have a game file that says "Free Access" that my friend does not have in his game files.

    -In cold war when it says buy full version it takes me to "purchase standard version" though I should have the standard version because it is included in the cross gen bundle.

    CONTACT

    I have tried being in contact with someone from Microsoft but I could not get a call or web chat because none of my issues are not call available even though I think they should be.

    Conclusion

    I really need help with this because I have spent money and have not found a way to fix. If anyone has any possible idea on what I should do it would be greatly appreciated.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    You may need to follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
