    Frustrated Long Time Xbox Customer - Xbox One X Replacement


    My Xbox One X broke on December 3rd so i sent it in for repair, got it back and it was still broken. The console was not able to download or install games on or offline, would constantly crash during apps and games, and sometimes
    would not even turn on. I sent it back in but this time i sent it back in for a replacement. They sent me my original console back "repaired". The first time I fired it up after getting back it was broken still. I called back in to customer service they said
    they were sending my problem to the hardware escalation team and a replacement would be sent out to me immediately. I never heard anything from the Hardware Escalation team so i called back and they said they saw no replacement that was supposed to be sent
    back to me so they claimed again they were sending a brand new console out and a $500 dollar hold would be placed on my account. I sent my original Xbox One X back in to them and a week goes by and i still haven't heard anything or received my replacement.
    So i called back in to check on the status of my replacement and they confirmed they received my original Xbox One X on Jan 24th but no replacement has been sent out. This time they said they were sending my case to the Hardware Escalation team again and guaranteed
    i would hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. A week goes by and i haven't heard anything so i called back in on Feb 1st and the customer service people still don't see a replacement order and said they would have to look into and swear they will get back to me
    today and fix my problem.

    I have been an Xbox customer for 13 years. What in the world do i have to do to get a working Xbox?? Does it really take 2 months for them to send a new console or one that works?

    I have no idea what to do anymore any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Very frustrated with Xbox. I've been a long time customer and the service has gone down significantly. Seriously considering dumping Xbox and switching to Playstation. My $60.00 renewal is coming up and not so sure i want/ need it any more.

    If your XBox ONE is damanged then they have to replace or refund.



    Amazon are good with their Customer Service so you ought to go the route of getting them to replace or refund, even if you are going to have to wait.



    It's frustrating but you have the right to the goods you paid for.

    Yeah i cant sign into my profile on Xbox live and I was just on the game I've never had this problem before the biggest issue I have with this is there's no time of when it may be on or is it's extremely frustrating when you have been a paying customer
    and part of the Xbox community for a very long time

    It's so frustrating that when talking to Microsoft Support about the warranty they can't assure you that it will get fixed or replace it for the same model and since its a limited edition, the risk of sending it and getting back a normal Xbox Series X is disappointing and a risk no one should take

    Why did they ask me unlock full version of xbox one edition but i own a disk

    the xbox one edition was discontinued a very long time ago now, they replaced it with the unified bedrock edition, they did a free upgrade to anyone owning the one edition for a while.
