Frustrated by ongoing wireless controller disconnecting

same problem i have bought 3 controllers and an elite and have the same problems and it really *** me off i dont know what to do it makes playing any games useless i just want to play call of duty with out dying because my controller died its dumb. is there
anything i can do

 

Oh man it's nice to know I'm not the only one with this happening. I have done everything as well to figure it out and nothing! I bought a controller that is made by another company and so far no issues but I have only had it for a couple weeks or so.

 

I'm getting exactly the same issues.

Got a replacement controller new battery pack.

Its so bad now i cant play games, was playing Halo 5 and you just start spinning.

I cant even use the system with the controller connected by a USB cable.

MS seem to have a major problem they don't seem to know how to solve.

 

This is insanely frustrating.

My controller will randomly disconnect even while it is plugged in. This causes my party chat to screw up so friends can't hear me talk. There is then loud static noise that comes through my A50s as the controller attempts to reconnect. Sometimes the disconnecting
will go on and on so i am forced to do a hard reset. This is incredibly frustrating when mid Zombies round 35... Yea...

I noticed something interesting tonight. My controller reconnected and the party chat didn't work. I clicked switch to game chat and then back to party chat. It attempted to connect then caused my controller to start disconnect again. This is 100% a software
glitch and it is embarrassing that Microsoft hasn't addressed it yet.

BTW, i have all the updates for my Astros and I have the newest console and controller updates that come with the preview program.

 

Same problem here. It is impossible to play. The only way to keep the controller connected is using the USB cable.

Xbox One Controller Disconnects support page, but just in case you haven't, we definitely suggest following each of the steps under the 'Your controller doesn't maintain connection to your console' portion of the page.

If the issue persists after following each step on that page, unfortunately the next step is to send the Xbox One in for repair. You can start that process over at our
Online Service Center, or by reaching out to our phone support team through our
Contact Us page.

i have the same problem.what do you advice me?play wired,send it on servise or just wait until a new audate comes if it comes?

Happens with all 4 of my controllers, ones an elite. Doesn't matter if I use batteries or the rechargeable battery pack. I just leave them plugged in now thru the play n charge kit. It even happens sometimes when I am plugged in. Almost got my bird killed
in Ark.
