Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 Sill Not Working

Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 still not working I saw other threads of people with the same issue but I never saw a fix. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game sever times and I still get stuck where is asks what profile I want to use because the kinect
didn't recognize me. After I select my profile and I "chop" the start button nothing happens.

xBox one Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 is not working. Tried all troubleshooting techniqs in the internet.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck.

What Kinect games do you like?

Kinect Sports 1 and 2, Dance Central 2, Fruit Ninja Kinect, and The Gunstringer.

I fixed mine if you still want to fix yours. The Support Agent told me i had corrupt files. Go to your my Games and Apps and hover over the Fruit Ninja click on Manage Game. Once there go down to Saved Data you must delete everything you ever saved. Local
and Cloud saved data delete it all have nothing saved. It will delete any game progress but if you want it up and running you have to delete the corrupt file that not letting you play. Magically was able to work. Also you can access it using a different Gamertag
once you slice the lime it ask Who are you? Sign in using a different gamertag. But if you want to fix the problem you just have to delete all your saved data. Last but not least get your refund back they you will be able to buy it again supposedly the game
liscence would change so it would be new again. Or just get your money back.

I got the same problem. I bought the game last week and it worked for 4 days. It stopped working from 2 days. Got stuck at the start where we need to slice the lemon. Uninstalled and reinstalled again but nothing works. Also I don't see any update for this.
How can I fix this issue? How can I claim refund if it can't be fixed? Thanks.

HI, Xbox 360 Kinect games will not become backward compatible, the only games that will be, are the ones that are controlled with a game controller. So games like Fruit Ninja Kinect and Fitness Evolved will not be available on the One unless the developer
creates an xbox one version. Although there is a Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 for The Xbox One that is currently available.
