Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 problem

I cannot login to my fruit ninja 2. The screen keep loading when I slice the login using my exiting profile. What should I do?

Hi, I got the same problem. I bought the game last week and it worked for 4 days. It stopped working from 2 days. Got stuck at the start where we need to slice the lemon. Uninstalled and reinstalled again but nothing works. Also I don't see any update for
this. How to do power cycling? I just bought my Xbox One S last week. How can I fix this issue? How can I claim refund if it can't be fixed? Thanks.
