Si intente suscribirme a el game pass de pc y no de dejaba finalizar la compra por que me pedía un código de verificación que llegaría a mi numero celular y no llego y fue de un momento a otro que reviso mi cuenta bancaria y me aparece dos pagos de microsoft
store y ni si quiera me dice de que es el pago y miro el historial de pedidos y no aparece nada como si no hubiera hecho ninguna compra.

y al intentar hacer el reembolso de mi dinero que microsoft store me retira de mi cuenta sin autorizacion me pide el numero de registro, que por lógica no tengo por que me aparece que no tengo ningún pedido realizado pero el pago de dos compras virtuales
por medio de microsoft store si me aparecen en mi estatus de mi cuenta bancaria y aparte de eso me parece decepcionante que no tengan un medio de contacto mas asequible a los usuarios comunes que intentan utilizar a utilidad que puede dar esta plataforma y
se decepciona uno cada vez mas de ver que falta de atención tienen así el usuario y principalmente de no tener un mejor soporte de ayuda a las personas que quieren tener un servicio con ustedes.
