I don't see "Allow changes to security settings over UPnP". What I do?

    Xbox-Network NAT-Type open and Server-connectivity blocked

Rather than individually forwarding all of those ports, I would recommend configuring your FRITZ!Box to enable UPnP for your PC. This will allow Windows 10 to automatically tell the FRITZ!Box exactly which ports it needs to have open, when it needs them,
and then to close the ports back down again when they're not needed any more.

In your FRITZ!Box go to: Home Network > Network, find your PC on the list and click its "Edit" icon, then enable the "Permit independent port sharing for this device" setting.

Hopefully this will improve things for you. I can confirm that on my own network with this setting enabled (and the Teredo filter enabled, the FRITZ!Box default), my Xbox reliably shows NAT as "Open" so it should do the trick for Windows as well.

    Teredo IP address error.

A Teredo server is listening on network port 3544 (UDP) and the FRITZ!Box is, by default, configured to block port 3544 for security reasons.

So with this in mind you would have to login to your FRITZ!Box web utility interface and disable the option: "Teredo filter enabled".

For this to work, you will have to take more sure "Advanced View" is enabled on the user interface of your FRITZ!Box.

    - Click "Filters" in the "Internet" menu.

    - Click on the "Lists" tab.

    - Disable the option "Teredo filter enabled".

    - Click "Apply" to save your settings.

I would also make sure IPv6 is completely disabled for all interfaces on your FRITZ!Box.

At this point, make sure only UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled, as the feature to forwarding (automatically) network ports used by Xbox Live.

Don't forget to "Apply" your configuration and reboot your gateway afterwards.

Post back and let us know how that goes.

    Double NAT detected

Unlike most routers, where the UPnP setting is either on or off for the entire home network, on the FRITZ!Box the UPnP setting applies to a specific device. It's also a little bit hidden.

Go to Home Network > Network > Network Connections, find your Xbox and click its edit button. On the details page, tick the box for "permit independent port sharing for this device". This will enable UPnP for the Xbox. After doing this your NAT type should
    show as "open".

It would be best to return the "transmit status information over UPnP" back to its default enabled state. This actually controls a different bit of UPnP functionality not related to NAT.

    -> I have the latest frimware ( FRITZ!OS: 07.12).

-> Both, Dual Stack (no Lite tunnel).

-> At rush hour I have higher ping and paket loss and all the problems are multiplied by 100000, but unfortunately I got these problems all day long.
