Login Information:

Default Gateway – Web Server's Default Page

Username – there is no username or password unless one is set by the user.

Password –

DHCP Reservation

Open a web browser.

Enter Web Server's Default Page in the address bar. (Or click the link). A username and password is not needed by default. If one was created you will need to enter it here.

Select Advanced Settings.

Select System from the sub-menu.

Select Expert Mode.

Enable the Show expert settings option.

Click the Apply button.

Select System.

Select Network Settings.

Click the IP Addresses button.

Enter the IP Address and MAC Address of your Xbox console.

Click the Apply button.

Open a web browser on a computer.

Type the gateway address, Web Server's Default Page into the web address bar, hit enter.

Select Home Network from the menu on the left.

Select Network from the resulting sub-menu.

Click the Edit () button next to the device that you would like to always have the same IP Address.

Enable the “Always assign this device the same IPv4 address”

Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.

With that router you'll want an auto IP and to set up DHCP reservation to your consoles MAC address. Whatever IP you assign it in the DHCP reservation is what you want to put in the DMZ of the router. Also turn off the WPS in the advanced wireless setting
by checking the box that relates to disabling the router pin, and uncheck the box related to "keep existing wireless settings".

Okay cool, so to recap, I should do this dhcp reservation step first before I go into the port forwarding step. And DO I have to hard wire my computer via Ethernet to the e4200 for this dhcp reservation while having my Xbox turned on and connected to the
e4200?

An open NAT is no guarantee that this behavior will be consistently open for each endpoint on your network.

Can you see if your router support DHCP reservation, or IP reservation. If so, setup both console's to have their IP address reserved in the DHCP of your router. Before you setup this, make sure you reserv a unique IP outside of the DHCP's dynamic IP pool
range.

Is there any chance you can try with a wired solution?

You do not need to reserve an IP using DHCP reservation with a router that is well-behaved.

What is the make/model of your router? If you are using DHCP reservation that is the same as using a manual ip address, so just use DHCP reservation and leave your ip address on auto
