    My friends xbox turns on with E106, ok, i'll reset it? Keep apps and games. E102. Remove everything. E102. Offline Mode. E101.



    Its out of warranty by far.

    It's an Xbox One S and we can't pay for it to get repaired and i'm really hoping someone can help. He's not sure whether its insided and isn't really tech savy. I know its insider because the OS name includes xbox_dev

    I've been on Xbox 8 years now and I know every Christmas we have issues, but I've also caught the bug where I can't comment or like or even share anymore. I've tried everything and even re installed Xbox smart glass, around 4 of my other friends I have met

    If it's an original model Xbox One I would suggest trying a different power supply if you can find one. Retailers like GameStop usually have them for fairly cheap (under $20 in my experience). I've owned several original Xbox One units and the weak link seems to be the power supply. If it's an Xbox One S or X then please disregard this suggestion - your unit probably needs servicing. Depending on the model and age this may or may not be worth the expense vs buying a new console at this point.
