Friends recommendations.

Whenever I sign in to Xbox on my Win 10 laptop I get a load of annoying recommendations for friends. Quite frankly I'm just not interested. Can I turn this "feature" OFF?

CjDavies82 It depends on sequel, when the game came out, how many sequels are there, and friends recommendations. Ex I picked Halo ODST first and since friends recommended the old ones I got the complete series in haphazard fashion as I was buying them used.

I bought Batman A. City first due the reviews and lack of recommendations from friends for Batman AA. I just finish AA last week and with the new DLC restarted city.

Hi,

after byuing a new console Xbox 360 I had the same problem described by fwu11. I spent many hours by seeking answers on internet. I tried all these recommendations - no success. Everything was solved after I had borrowed an original dvd from my friend.
So my recommendation is: INSERT ORIGINAL DVD to your Xbox 360.

Hi Viking, When you sign in to the Xbox, are you referring to your console or the Xbox App? If your using the Xbox App under settings you can uncheck "New Followers". This is the only feature related to followers, but I am uncertain if this will completely
remove friend recommendations. If the issue continues. I would recommend submitting a feature request to have a on/off switch by using the "report a problem" in the beta version. You can DL located here:

There are no offers to refer a friend to join the program. You can refer them to either upgrade to gold or make their first purchase on Live.

I am not sure what you mean by "made purchases from the Xbox store"? I am trying to simply sign him up to the Rewards program that I am now on.....
