Hi Kaleb,

Do you receive any error codes when these issues occur?

Is this happening with other accounts on your Xbox one? If this is your only account, I’d recommend creating another one, to identify weather it’s an account error or console issue.

If it is an account error, reinstall your account which should help.

If this issue persists, it would be best to contact support, especially as you’ve already tried resetting the console.

I probably know the rules here better than you do. Been here for over 6 years now. I did not name and shame, I made a funny/smart comment. Thats why I understood why it disappeared.

And as far as the comments from a couple people above. I have been on xbox live probably longer then most of you and know how to monitor my sons gaming and do so. But this is way beyond just blocking this kid from my sons xbox, which I did but most of you
should have probably read my entire first post before posting your comments because you are all pointing out the obvious. I know I can monitor my son but this has already happened and I will stop it from happening again to my son, but who's to say this kid
wont do it to someone elses kid. That was the whole point of my post so if your gonna reply to my post please use a little bit of common sense and try to see where im coming from.
