Friend’s minecraft world not showing up

Me and my friend want to play together but whenever she is online her world is not showing up. I log out and log back in and it still does not work. Some sites say to refresh VPN, however I do not have VPN. I play on Minecraft Pocket Edition. I have not been able to play with her. I try to un-friend her then re-friend her but it still won’t show up. I play with my other friends and it works but for her the world simply does not appear. How do I fix this? I’ve spent hours trying to fix it and yet her world never shows up.

Which minecraft edition is your friend playing?
Which device they're using?

So, is this happening only with this specific friend?
If he/she try doing the opposite, play in your world, the issue persists?

I have activated all these settings and my child’s profile still cannot add friends on minecraft. I can join his world but he cannot join my world. He shows 1 friend on the friends tab but it doesn’t show any joinable friends or my world inside the friends
tab. I have even changed all settings to allow everything (defeats the purpose) and I still cannot add friends on his account. Please help!!!!!!

All of my worlds are up to date cause im in the beta version of minecraft

There has been a few issues with the new minecraft update my only suggestions would be to restart the game/xbox and check your world recovery section.

As of now i found a soulution to my problem, i deleted my profile and did a hard reset and i added my account back and it worked, but thank you for responding
