Friends list, showcase randomly don't update or show outdated content

Just checking if maybe this is a general problem after the little dashboard update from a couple of days ago (or was it just yesterday?), though some of the problems appeared before that.

Someone started following me today, and I followed back, making us Xbox friends. However on my profile page on XOne, neither my friends nor my followers count has increased. Also, at first the new friend showed up in the sidebar where you can see who is
online and who isn't, a little bit later, her gamertag didn't show up anymore, neither as online nor as offline. So I go to her profile thinking maybe she removed me again and see I'm still listed under her friends. On her main profile page under followers
it says "you + so-and-so-many".

I start Smartglass on my phone, her gamertag is listed as a friend. I check again on XOne, not there. I check my followers list, she's listed, I check again half an hour later, gone again. Just checked again, she's listed as a follower but not as a friend on
XOne, Smartglass does show her as a friend.

A similar problem with my showcase. I changed what's in my showcase a few days ago, however twice today the content from before the change showed up there. It also seems to be pretty random whether the title I added for the showcase content shows up or whether
it just reads "Showcase" (or display showcase or something like that). And sometimes the number of likes/shares/comments shows as 0 even though there are some. This only seems to be a problem with my own profile, not when viewing others' profiles.

Is anyone else having similar problems? Is this a cache problem or something? Signing out and back in or a full shut down of the console (pressing power button 10 secs) doesn't change anything. Why is everything so out of synch?

Showcase

I have a problem with My showcase deleting clips off of it. I did notice though that after the most recent update the showcase would only show the last recent clip but show your whole showcase on the Smartglass app. I dont know if thats the issue or something
on my end. Any replies will be much appreciated thanks in advance

 

My Profile Showcase

My showcase is not working. It says it full but wont show any of the clips or screen shots. So I don't know what I have in my showcase. I have some great clips that I want to show but I cant. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Try power cycling your Xbox. (Holding the power button until the console shuts off and unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds)

If that doesn't work try redownloading your xbox live profile.

 

Power cycling didn't change anything, unfortunately. However the problem solved itself after 3-4 days, though it definitely shouldn't take that long to correctly show my updated friends list. Hopefully this isn't just temporarily...

 

I've had this issue for several months and have yet to see/hear of anything . I have to power cycle *** near every week for the kinect since its been malfunctioning since the nxoe update, so that's definitely not a fix for it (in my eyes)
