Friends list is 0 tried resetting

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

I suggest removing and re-adding your profile on the console. Just make sure you have the correct login information to re-add the profile. Press the Xbox button and go to Settings, then Account, and then Remove accounts. Once the account is removed,
go ahead and do a hard restart and power cycle.
Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox. When the Xbox reboots, press the Xbox button
and scroll to the left to the Sign in tab and select Add new.

Let us know if re-adding the profile helps.

same issues here could not show friends list or achievements, then could not sign on, now everything is reset to %0
