    Friends List Completely Blank


    After pressing the Xbox home button on the controller, and pressing LB to get to the 'people' tab, it shows 0 friends online. Once I've hit the A button to go into my friends list, it is completely blank. Just at the very bottom it says, 'find more friends'.

    Anyone have an answer to this? (Xbox support didn't have an answer)

    Trouble shooting already attempted:

    -Restart xbox

    -Removing account from xbox and then re-adding it

    -Cleared alternate MAC address

    Hello Cap,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to view the friends that are currently on your friends list as it is not properly displaying within the people tab on your Xbox One console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.

    It is possible to skip creating an avatar. When an account is first created and the select an Avatar as a starting point screen appears, simply press the guide button on your controller and go to the dashboard. Though you will need to do that each time you
    login.
