    Friends list cleared and Account malfunctions


    logged in through my phone about 2 hours ago and everything was fine, got on my console about 40 minutes ago and my whole friends list is cleared. tried restarting, rebooting, signing in and out and i cant access my account info nor can i see my friends list but my chats are still there. when my friends search me up it’s like my account doesn’t exist. been on this account for a long time and it would really suck if everything gets deleted. anyone have any ideas what to do?

    Multiple people are reporting the same issue, so it seems to be an Xbox server issue. You can report the issue at http://xbox.com/status

    Hey you two, this is a problem due to the Xbox LIVE Service been down. When the service is back up and running your friends list, microsoft points, messages, etc will be visible again. shouldn't be too long now so keep an eye out on the Xbox LIVE Service

    I'm on Xbox live right now, playing online games, and my friends list is cleared. I haven't had issues in hours and Xbox is supposed to be back up. Should I reset my Xbox, or will I be locked out due to connecting problems?
