Friends Gamerpics

I am currently unable to see my friends custom Gamerpics for some strange reason, and I don’t know what happened or why I can’t see them, it seems to have reset them to default ones. Any suggestions as to why this happened?

Hey there Justice! There is currently no method for creating or sharing gamerpics. As for using the Vision Cam, this can only update your friend's gamerpic, not your public gamerpic. Sorry for the confusion!

Depending on your device. May I ask what device are you using?

Also, have you tried on the website via https://account.xbox.com/profile and check if you can view your friend's Gamerpics?

Once you change your gamerpic on the One, there is no way to go back to a 360 gamerpic. So if your friends haven't changed theirs, then that's why they still have them. Even if you change your gamerpic on the 360 it will not be displayed on the One.

There is no word on if/when 360 gamerpics can be used on the One.

Hey there Banjo! Just to confirm, when you change the gamerpic on the console, are you changing the public gamerpic, or the friends gamerpic? Make sure you update both to the proper picture you want. Let us know if that helps, thanks!

its showing as little letters on here right now :/ there is some weird stuff sometimes... like some of my friends gamerpics update on my xbox but some don't at all, and my friends dont always see my up to date gamerpic.
