Friends can't view my profile bio?

I have my friends list and bio set that everybody can see it and i also have my online status set to everyone but no one can view my bio and friends list. i've cleared my mac address, i've deleted my profile and redownloaded but nothing seems to work. This
has been ongoing for about 4 days now.

Possible "Syncing Save Data" Fix

I can't sync anything,tried to download the profile again but just made things worse.

My gamerscore is gone and i can't view my friends...

 

Friends can't view my captures?

Good morning/afternoon/evening

Recently, people on my friends list are unable to view game clips or screenshots I've captured. They've always been working since Day One but all of a sudden can no longer be viewed by others, however I can view them all myself perfectly fine.

When someone tries to find my clips on my profile, they are told I have not made any captures yet, and if I send them in a private message they are shown the following message... "We are unable to find the item you're looking for". I have the option ticked
for game sharing in the settings and my storage doesn't have a notice saying I'm full or nearing full capacity.

No error code is given, just a message saying "We are unable to find the item you are looking for. Try again in a while, if you're still having trouble it may have been deleted."

I've had this issue for a couple of weeks and it happens on new and old clips off of different games.

Any help appreciated.
