    I need help I got a PC and gave my Xbox to my dad for a while and he didn't want notifications so he deleted every chat and all of my friends I can't get them back years of memories gone please help

    There isn't a way to get the messages back. For the friends you can simply add them again.

    then you should have put a passcode on your account and created a new account for your dad.

    once messages and friends are deleted thats it, they are gone.

    Hey there savebandaddy,

    Do you currently have an Xbox Live Gold account or are you sharing one with another user on your console? Generally that message is due to an enforcement action on your account, if you check enforcement.xbox.com do you see any active actions on your account
    or the one that holds the Xbox Live Gold subscription?
