Friend wont take my account off his xbox

This is the problem with game sharing. Even with family members it can end badly.

You will have to change your password in order to stop your friend from signing into your account and kicking you off.

If you go to your devices: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ you can remove your account from your friends Xbox. That should help. Also, maybe changing your Microsoft account password would help in the future. I hope you can resolve your issue soon.
