Friend supposed to be unbanned weeks ago

please help! my best friend was supposed to be unbanned a month ago, but every time he tries to contact Xbox he is either ignored or told that he can not be helped. In the first place he did nothing wrong to get banned so this is very frustrating for both
of us. Please just unban him or do something because he has poured so much money into Xbox and we both support the company immensely. His gamertag that got banned is THEGOV3NAT0R22

Fasle ban

I had gotten a false ban 2 weeks ago. I haven't played since got on today and I was supposed to be unbanned, but no I have gotten yet again another false ban

I'm still banned after being unbanned?!

I was communication banned for two weeks I was supposed to be unbanned two days ago and I still can't talk message or anything. At first I thought it was a bug and it would be fixed in a day or something so I didn't worry but it's been two days and still

He would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions.

i was unbanned about a week ago from a previous suspention (i was banned for 2 weeks) so it couldnt have been that either

You could try
deleting your profile off of your Xbox, perform a
power cycle, and re-add your profile again. That helps recently unbanned people to get their online functionality back, sometimes at least.

Also check http://enforcement.xbox.com for the latest info on any other account suspensions that might be active.
