Friend Referral Program

I just bought an Xbox One S. I signed up for Xbox Live Rewards (free account) before purchasing Xbox Live Gold. My friend sent me a referral to join Xbox Live Gold so that we could get the rewards credits for referring a friend. My friend sees the request
as pending, but I did not get the link to join Xbox Live Gold. I went ahead and joined Gold anyways so I could get Forza Motorsports 5 for free. Will we still get the rewards credits for referring a friend? I know that I have to be a member of Xbox Live
Gold for at least 30 days before we'll get the credits. I also had another friend send me a referral and it shows pending for them as well, but I did not get the referral from any of my friends. I chatted with Xbox Support and they just referred me to the
Terms and Conditions and this forum.

Freedom referral promotion

hello, I referred a friend to World of tanks Freedom referral program. She downloaded the Kraken starter bundle about 4 days ago after she got my referral thru the her mail. I am sorry if I'm being slightly impatient, I just wonder if things worked out or
not cause nothing is happening.

As mentioned on the webpage when you register, and in the email you receive confirming your opt-in to the program, it can take up to two days to complete a Xbox Live Rewards registration. Additionally, we see that you opted-out of the program and then opted
back in, which canceled a referral that would have been pending from your first referral. Please note that it can take up to two days for a registration to be completed. When you can see a join by date that is a recent date and not "???" on your MyRewards
page, you will know that your registration into the program will be complete and you will begin to be active for our offers.

Unfortunately, no. Maybe Microsoft will roll out a referral program (hint, hint). At this moment in time, the only ability to receive a free Gold membership is by asking your friends nicely for a free trial code, should they have one!

It usually takes about 96 hours for the program to recognizes changes so the program may not see his account yet. He would also have to be a rewards member in order to be eligible, but since the program is about to shut down in most countries, he may not
be able to sign up.
