Friend list and achievements ERROR

Discus and support Friend list and achievements ERROR in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was on the inside program but I get some errors one of the was my friend list, I go to my friend list on Xbox and says that I have 10 friends online...     Friend list and achievements ERROR


    I was on the inside program but I get some errors one of the was my friend list, I go to my friend list on Xbox and says that I have 10 friends online but if I go to the app of Xbox or a game, says that I have 20 friends online that I can see on my friend
    list on the Xbox dashboard or guide so I would like to fix this issue I have maybe 5 to 7 months with this problem I already try reset console but its the same I also have the achievement error if I unlock one achievement today I get it unlock the next day
    or the next week I don't get it at the time I also try to restart the Xbox but doesn't work hope you fix this problem thanks

    Friends List error

    I'm having same issue. Friends list not refreshing and showing same people online and same activity previous night.

    I had NXOE om preview program with no issues - however xbox was updated on 18/Nov/2015 @ 09:15 GMT.

    I have tried the following:

    1. restart

    2. shut down

    3. hard reset (holding power button for 10 seconds until powers down.

    4. Changed to Energy SAaving and shut down

    5. Shut down xbox, unplugged from power source for 10 sec.

    please help us Friend list and achievements ERROR :(

    Friends List error

    i been having this error for 2days , it shows 2 people on in a party and they are not even signed it at all, i only see them and not my other friends online, but on my xbox app on my phone i see others online, i already rebooted the xbox and still the same

    While looking at xbox.com, I'm seeing that your Gamerscore for the Amazing Alex game seems to be corrected! Please let us know if you are seeing the same outcome on your end.
