Friend is online but its says she hasn't been for 4 days

Hi, any advise would be much appreciated

This keeps happening to the same friend on my Xbox, she goes offline and when she comes back online is stays as off. She has been on the Xbox the last few days but its showing her as offline for 4 days so cannot invite or join her in games. None of us have changed our settings and it keeps happening just with her on my friends list.

If anyone knows how I can resolve this or why it keeps happening please let me know.

With issues like these, please ask your friend to double check her account settings. Here's how:

Settings > Account > Privacy & Online Safety > Xbox Live Privacy > View details & customise > Online status & history > Others can see if you are online, click the drop box if it says blocked.

It may also be that your friend has the setting "Appear Offline" turned on. Ask her to check.

Yeah mines messed up today too.. On my card on here it says 170722, on my xbox its 171217, I got a friend to check, and if he just looks at it it says 170722, but if he compares games it actually gives me more points than i have 171237?? I haven't unlocked
anything for 2 days, and been online for both days, yet it hasn't corrected itself on here or to friends over xbox

Yes she is appearing offline even though she isn't, she tells me she is online but when I look it doesn't show. a few days ago I could see she was on but now can't and she hasn't changed any settings.

Unfortunately there is no way to recover it unless she played online at some stage. Then the cloud would have her last save. If she hasn't been playing at all online then there is no way to recover the lost saved data.
