Friend had gamerpic reported as inappropriate. HOW?

Okay i have a question for the people who review what is inappropriate and what isn't. Normally i don't speak out over this type of thing but in this instance it seems necessary as its ridiculous. I have a friend who informed me his gamerpic got reported
and it was deemed inappropriate. I would like to know HOW said photo was classified as inappropriate. I'm just going to assume if vehicles of this nature are deemed inappropriate then you may as well mark my gamerpic as inappropriate too considering it's a
similar kind of vehicle. Any answers to this would be greatly appreciated and thank you.

There is no way to directly contact the enforcement team. They will have to submit a case review if one is available
