Friend Gamerpic Custom Image Gone

So a while ago my friends were all changing their gamerpic however it wouldn’t change on my screen. After a couple days away this fixed and all their custom images were up to date for me. 2 nights ago all of a sudden they reverted back to the Xbox gamer
pics they had prior to custom images how do I fix this. I have tried hard reboots and leaving it unplugged help

How do you upload a custom gamerpic?

Here is how to do it:

• Prepare a custom Gamerpic image. The image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels. The following formats are supported: png, jpg.
• Save the image to a USB flash drive, and insert the drive into one of the Xbox One’s USB ports.
• On your Xbox One, launch the Guide, select your Profile, and navigate to My profile > Customize profile > Change gamerpic.
• Select Upload a custom image, select your USB flash drive, and choose your custom Gamerpic image.
• The image will load into an editor; use LT, RT, and right stick to highlight what section of the image will become your Gamerpic.
• Once satisfied, select Upload.

 

Unable To Set Custom Avatar Image As GamerPic

I'm having trouble with my GamerPic on my Xbox Profile. I've set up an Avatar & I want to update my GamerPic to a custom image of my Avatar. I've set up the image using the Avatar custom image tool, after selecting
Save as gamerpic the following message appears:

Success!

Your gamerpic's been saved.

However the GamerPic on my profile is still set as my old default image & shortly after the following message appears:

There was a problem choosing your gamerpic.

Sorry about that. Try it again later.

I've spoken to two customer service representatives & neither were able to work out the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Have you tried reuploading the image?

 

It’s not my image that’s the problem I could see all my friends custom images but now I can’t it has put them back onto default Xbox gamerpics. For example one of my friends had a coles checkout as his gamer pic but all of a sudden it changehd to a blue
lion I asked if he changed it but he hasn’t.
