Friend can’t have custom profile pictures

I have an adult account but i can’t have a customized profile picture. My friend has the same issue too. We have adult accounts but the xbox app says we dont have adult accounts.

Ok so you know how you can make a custom profile picture it says sorry we can’t upload your picture right now try again in a little while and it’s been doing that for like a month or two whenever I try to make a custom profile picture

Dude I’m having the same problem. My brother can change his custom profile picture with no problem and all my alt accounts can chqnge their profile picture, but I can’t. I’ve waited around three days and it still won’t upload the profile picture I want - and now I’m stuck with some generic Xbox one that I selected.

I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even
when I sign into other profiles on this Xbox I can see the custom pic, but when I'm signed in on my main one, I don't see it. I remove my profile, power cycled, add my profile again, nothing. I see a snake profile picture on my Xbox, and on my PC, when login
on xbox.com. But my friends see my custom profile picture (Bela Lugosi, Dracula).

I’m having the same issue and so are other people. So far I can’t find anything resolving the issue. Mods will tell you to wait a few days, but usually when you select a custom profile picture it is equipped almost instantly onto your account, I have never had to wait more than like 10 minutes for a profile picture to take effect.
