Friend can't accept the gift i sent him... I got charged. - Refund?

Hi,

I bought a Grand Theft Auto V add-on as a gift for my friend without realising he already owned it. He can't accept it since it tells him he already owns it. I was charged and can't get a refund?

Is there anyway I could get a refund?

The add-on I bought as a gift for my friend was the criminal enterprise starter pack with megalodon shark card bundle

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

In order to
request a refund, you will need to be able to sign into you account on the Xbox website, and you must provide the order number of the item that you bought.

The order number for your purchase will be located in your
Order history.

Once you have this info, you should be able to go ahead and fill out the Refund request webform.

I think if you contact support at https://support.xbox.com/en-CA/browse/billing this would be a good place to start (warning it is the Canadian link) if you just
go to the Microsoft website and select support and then filter into the xbox section im sure you will be able to find help there
