Friend Auto-Muted and Unfriended

Check your audio seeting in the friends group seetings.

Thanks for the reply. I only see options to friend, favorite, or unfriend someone. Is there a specific way to unfollow and still keep them as a friend or do you mean unfriend?

If you are to block communications they will NOT be able to send you messages, they can try but you will not recieve them, also unfriend and mute said gamer to block any further contact,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question on sending/receiving message from a friend. We recommend to try unfriend, then friend your friend. Make sure you both do this. If you have ever muted/blocked your friend it could cause this. If that doesn't
work you can try and
uninstall and reinstall your profile.
