Friend accepted my friend request, but still showing cancel friend request on my side.

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. There are no server issues currently, if the status is not updating on your end try to power cycle your console first to see if that will help.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After this try to check your friend's profile if it still says cancel friend request. Additionally, you can try to check through the Xbox app if he is now in your friends list. If it's really not updating, please try to cancel the request then add your friend again.

I have 360 and my friend habe One, he acept the friend requests but in my console still show pending, also whem he send me the request my consol show nothing, thats the issue. But when i send the request he accept and show me in his consol as a friend even
when in mine still show as pending.

You can submit a friend request and that request will show up on the friends list, you can report him this way, and then cancel the friend request.

Have you tried Xbox.com/forgot??? Contacting phone support is also a great way to clear up account issues. GOOD LUCK!!!

Is the account you are trying to accept a friend request on classed as an adult on your Xbox?
