Frezzing issues still in advance warfare, ridiculous

To who it may concern,

I have been with the xbox family since day one as millions of people have. Always getting the latest games and day one edition systems and xbox live. Lots of money involved. The reason for this post is for the call of duty advanced warfare frezzing issue.
This is ridiculous. I have not been able to play for weeks. I get into games and poof freeze. It's time after time after time. Last night with my friends finally had enough of this issue. I know you are working on the issue though. Was wondering what the company
is going to do to compensate us the players? We the players, including myself, spend thousands of dollars to play and enjoy. As said this has been going on for weeks and ridiculous. I love xbox and will never change but something needs to be done for the players.

Doesn't team killing usually result in the killing players being kicked?

I don't play it anymore. I got tired of the abusive messages for getting in the way of peoples gun fights lol.

Microsoft? Compensation? Don't make me laugh. The 360 is close to its end-of-life cycle. You spend money? Great for Microsoft. They don't care. Pins have been broken since they've been added. If and when those issues will be fixed they'll be fixed...but
I doubt it. They want you to move to Xbox One.

Lol sure that is true. I have a xbox one too. Was a freezing issue with the Xbox one also on the game. They fixed they say but haven't checked yet. Just crazy..

This sucks brand new system and can't install the game. Started installation a 4 this morning and still on 1 percent. This is the last console and digital download load I will ever get. Xbox garbage

This is ridicules we all purchased this in advance to be able to play it a day early and have a nice looking xbox one with a larger memory, but all we have is a xbox that can't do anything but keep us waiting.

This is unacceptable and Xbox needs to compensate us, I feel that the full *** should be sent to us because we now are unable to play the first day that is promised to us with the purchase.

Purchased new Call of duty xbox one bundle tooks hours to install game.After it was done installed lords of fallen game disc normally.After that tried to install Forza Horizon 2 and Battlefield 4 and the installation would keep stopping and not installing.
