Frequent network disconnect

Please, try clearing your MAC address.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

I am still continuing to experience network disconnects ONLY while playing Microsoft Jigsaw. I am convinced that something in this application is making the WiFi disconnect frequently. I'd like assistance in resolving this issue.

Yes, I got what you are saying. But why would there be a difference in 2 identical xboxs that already run on my network?

One works perfectly and the other gets frequent disconnects, does this not suggest that it is not a problem with the network but an issue with the hardware?

Thanks for all your comments and help guys. It turns out the problem was with my ISP . There was a broadband fault in the area which has now been fixed and the Xbox is working fine now. Happy days.
