Then, on your computer start bar, search for "Services.msc" and open it.

Scroll down to the bottom of the list and right-click the "Xbox Accessory Management Service"

Select Properties > On this window, change the initialization/startup type to Automatic.

Click OK and restart your computer.

After that, install and open the Xbox Accessories App.

Connect your controller via a USB Cable and check for a firmware update.

Really?? c'mon this is getting pretty bad now, of course it wouldn't make a difference if you moved it to one shelf higher

We have to be correct ok this, it didn't happen with the 360 so there must be something which was was added to the Xbox One or controller which makes the disconnection

I myself is sitting 6-8 foot away from my console with nothing in the line of sight and no cabinet doors and I still lose connection, it's what's IN the devices now what's around

Try these suggestions to improve the connection between your controller and adapter:

• Make sure you're within optimal range of the adapter (6 meters or less).

Xbox came yesterday. It works again.

And yes i tried to unplug every usb device. Of course, there wasn't any change.
