FRENCH OFFER ONLY : "Offre Gamerscore" ("Gamerscore offer")

Around the end of august/beginning of september, Xbox France launched an offer called the "Gamerscore Offer".

In this offer, you would be able to get a discount on a new Xbox One from the Microsoft Store or Amazon for a standard 500Go Xbox One SKU depending on you Gamerscore (the higher the gamerscore, the higher the discount). For those who already had an Xbox
One, the code couls be used by a friend so that they would get your discount, and you would get a free game instead (Forza Horizon 2) via download code.

With my ~55000 Gamerscore at the time, i was able to get a code for a 70€ discount.Since i already had an Xbox One, i gave the code to a friend of mine who used it on the microsoft store and got the 70€ discount (ordered between august 25th and september
5th i think)

Unfortunately i still haven't received my download code for Forza Horizon 2, even though it's been more than 6/8 weeks after the end of the promotion.

It is worth noting that a second very similar offer took place later in the year, i got another 70€ discount code, gave it to another friend who used it to get an Xbox One, but i have ALREADY received the "reward" game code for this second offer (GoW
: ultimate edition).

Oui pareil pour moi, j'ai mis le msg original en anglais car je crois que le support se fait uniquement en anglais sur ces forums.

En gros je n'ai pas reçu mon code pour Forza Horizon 2, mais par contre j'ai aussi participé la 2nde offre (celle exclu micromania) et j'ai déj reçu mon code pour Gears of War : Ultimate Edition (il y a environ 10 jours).Tout ça me laisse penser qu'il
y a un bien eu un souci avec mon premier code puisque l'offre avait eu lieu ~2 mois avant la 2nde.

Du coup j'ai contacté le service client par chat et on m'a guidé vers le forum pour faire la demande, d'où mon post original

So I contacted customer service chat and I was guided to the forum to demand, hence my original post
