    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to receive a friend request through your Xbox One console within Roblox.

    Our suggestion here, please attempt to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console. After attempting this, if the issue is
    still present, please attempt to then review your current network status.
