freezing on apps and dropping internet out HELP!!!

Forgot to add I downloaded Net uptime Monitor thinking my internet was dropping out. It recorded one internet drop in over two hours of play set at the lowest setting of 1 second.

So it does not seem like the internet is "dropping" out when the in game signal drops and peaks.

I'm not talking about FPS drop. I'm talking about full out freezes.

when the frame rate drops it very briefly freeze for 3 seconds . this problem started when I downloading a game and had my settings app open

there is a shock , an xbox app that freezes your xbox. to be honest i would be more shocked if it didnt as cnet , internet explorer , gamespot all freeze my xbox.number would probably be higher but they are the apps i most use , you would think that a company
that specializes in software could get there apps together

Hey there, Psych0naught420. Are you using port forwarding and UPnP simultaneously? If so, I'd recommend enabling one or the other but not both. Having both at the same time can cause connection issues. Thanks very much!
