    Freezing keyboard and mouse in random moments


    about a month ago, while playing fortnite, suddenly my keyboard and mouse started to freeze for 3 to 8 seconds, then I could use them again and it happens at random times, I've tried many options, I've unplugged the keyboard, plugged in others, same thing, reset the Xbox X and uninstalled the game but the error still occurs. Please help, I've had Xbox since November

    Yes... I have the same.

    Mouse freeze, keyboard still working, but if I disconnect the mouse, keyboard and controller from USB and try to connect again, not works.

    I start up fortnite then plug in my keyboard and mouse and only my keyboard works how do i fix this ?
    What model of keyboard and mouse are you using?. There is of course a work in progress for both, I highly suggest using a wired Keyboard and mouse only at this current moment on fortnite.

    Both are wired but mouse wont work on any game is my mouse broke???

    Mouse and keyboard support is down to each developer of the games. Microsoft let them make the decision. At the moment only a handful of games support keyboard & Mouse.     I have the same keyboard and I believe that this issue is due to the lack of keyboard and mouse support on the Xbox One at the moment
