    Freezing and Turn off!


    Hello! I need help. I bought an xbox one console 2 months ago. When I play more than 30 minutes, the game freezes and the console shuts down completely. (This, with all the games I've tried: Batman Arkham Knight, MKX, Killer Instinct). Curiously, the control
    stays on. Restart and everything, and I can not continue playing because the same thing happens again. I already tried to do everything the Xbox page tells me, and I have no solution. Does it need technical service?

    Xbox x freezing

    I have this issue playing Rise of the Tomb Raider. Always at the same spot. Freezing appears and then the Xbox turns off.

    Black Ops 2 freezing

    Xbox freezing and turning off

    I have this happen occasionally on the series X as well after playing some time like 3+ hours the system might crash and freeze then turn off. This happens the most for me at least on sea of thieves.
