    Since you only had over 5 hours of playtime in only DC Universe Online and Neverwinter, you did not complete this offer. You were under five hours of playtime in other free to play titles, such as APB and Fallout Shelter, which were at about four and a half
    hours and four hours.

    i don't see the 1000 credits recompenses in my dashboard ... i've verified my acount and i've played more than a needed times to win .....

    That was for Neverwinter Zen and Star Trek Zen. Since those are for two different games, neither of them met the $5 minimum for 1, 2, FREE.

    it's been well over 96 hours for me.last month it was updating almost instant,y.the first game I played I'd only had it on around 7 hours solid (not an hour a day etc) and I checked and it had the first game ticked,this month not a single game has ticked
    yet I've played frozen,adventurepop,skyforgevand 2 others I forgot name of they were that boring
