FREEdom Rewards Support - FREE Ride hasn't updated the third Free to Play title for my mission.

Hello Xbox Live Rewards Support Staff =)

I have completed 5 hours toward my "FREE Ride" mission in: World of Tanks, Happy Wars, and Air Mech Arena.

The punch-card indicates that two of the three games, World of Tanks and Happy Wars, are completed; but it has not updated my third completion since two days ago with Air Mech Arena.

Could You please help me with updating it?

I would like to have the punch-card completed before this month's "FREE Ride" mission ends later today.

Freedom Rewards Not Updating

I am currently playing Pinball FX3 for the Freedom Rewards Missions and neither the Frees Pass or Free Ride Missions are updating for my purchases and play time.

Missing completion rewards for 'Freedom Rewards: FREE Ride'

Seem to have hit a snag with getting my Free Ride freedom rewards for Octobers Mission.

It looks like you're 8 minutes short on Air Mech Arena. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive recent activity, so if you only recently played additional time, we would not have received that information. However, we will adjust these few
minutes to your account just to make sure you complete the offer. You should see the offer complete shortly.

Hi SupreemeeD. The two offers that involve game play is the FREEdom Rewards Free Ride offer and the Gold Dust MyChallenge. For the Gold Dust MyChallenge, you must play 10 hours of a Games with Gold title 3 months consecutively. We do not see this on your
account. For the Free Ride offer, you must play 5 hours of three different Free-to-Play games within the month. We do not see this either.

As stated on the offer page, a full list of eligible free to play games can be found at (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/free-to-play?xr=shellna).

You can play the same game in the following months. For example, playing Warframe in December and again in January would be fine, and would award one punch.

Currently, you have played more than five hours in Fallout Shelter. Keep in mind that it can take our program up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, so any recent playtime would not yet have updated your FREEdom Rewards page.
