    I have two issues. I made several purchases on Monday 1/30/17 of add-on content for Gems of War, purchased directly through the Xbox Store (not in-game). My punchcard for making a $5 purchase in January should be updated, right? It's not. Additionally the
    purchases totaled more than $30, so I should have received the reward for spending at least $30 on free-to-play games in January, right? That isn't showing up, either.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    Your purchase of Sea of Thieves was only made two days ago, so it has not updated. Your purchase of Monster Hunter World was not a pre-order.

    Freedom Rewards punchcard not updating after 3 days

    I know it takes up to 3 days to see the updated punchcards. But with the freedom rewards I don't see any updates at all. With only one day I wonder if every is OK. I Played The new Fable card game shows in de gamehub that I played it for over 5 hours and
    even did a purchase. The purchase was 27th so I expected to see it updated today? It is registered within my purchases list. Is something wrong?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I can confirm that your purchases did not punch as intended. After investigating your account, we have determined the issue, and are applying a fix for those products. We will adjust your account for completion of the relevant
    offers (FREE pass for January and one punch for FREEquent) and you should see these changes by the end of next week!

    Same. I spent $80 on the Ultimate sale and the punchcard for "spend $40 receive 4000 points" in the rewards app remains blank, Attempting to click on the redeem tab on that reward redirects me to the store with error message "something went wrong". I made said purchases on Friday and Saturday I believe, its now Wednesday and the purchases are still not reflecting in the reward app and still getting the same error.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like this is a relatively newly available product, which will cause issues when processing for FREEdom Rewards. I can confirm that it should qualify for the offers outlined in your post. Since your opt-in date for
    Simply Rewarding was yesterday, we have not yet processed your purchase for Simply Rewarding. We will adjust your account to reflect your FREEdom Rewards, and the relative Rewards should appear in 1-3 days.

    Since your purchase was only made today, it is too early to see the Rewards.
